Welcome to "High Level Sites". These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including website design, hosting, maintenance and marketing systems. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. High Level Sites is a trading name of Lineage Mastery. "Client" refers to the individual or business purchasing services from High Level Sites. "Services" refers to the website design, hosting, maintenance and marketing systems services provided by High Level Sites ."We/Us/Our" refers to High Level Sites. "Website" refers to the site designed, hosted, or maintained by High Level Sites for the Client.
We provide the following services:
Website design and creation, hosting, domain purchasing and ongoing maintenance services. Optional additional services such as full marketing services, content updates, SEO, and custom integrations (sometimes at an extra cost).
For any services outside of our standard offerings, additional fees may apply.
Our pricing is based on a monthly subscription model: £29, £49, £399.75 per month (unless stated otherwise) depending on the selected package. Payment is due every month from the day you start using our services. We accept payments via you card, Revolut Pay, Google Pay or soon, PayPal. Late payments will not incur a charge, but we hold the right to stop our services to you if payment is not on time. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Clients may participate in our affiliate programme. Terms include:
Affiliates earn 50% of monthly fees for each referred client. Payments are processed on the 15th of every month from the previous months efforts. High Level Sites reserves the right to terminate participation in the affiliate programme for breaches of these Terms.
Initial website design will be delivered within 14 business days after receiving all required content and materials from the Client. Updates and maintenance requests will be completed within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late submission of content) may impact delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images) in a timely manner. Ensuring that provided content complies with copyright, privacy, and legal standards. Granting us access to third-party platforms or tools as needed.
We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or non-compliant content.
Clients own the content they provide. Websites created by High Level Sites are the property of the Client upon full payment. Proprietary templates, code, and software remain the intellectual property of High Level Sites and may not be resold or reused without our consent.
Hosting services include regular backups, uptime monitoring, basic support. Maintenance includes content updates, bug fixes, up to 2 per month. Excessive updates or changes may incur additional fees.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
Clients may cancel services with 14 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply if specified in the contract. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused services.
High Level Sites reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
We are not liable for: Loss of income or data due to website issues. Technical problems beyond our control (e.g., server outages). Misuse of the website by the Client. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased traffic or sales. Clients are responsible for ensuring their website complies with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, accessibility standards).

We may update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of changes via email or on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. In the event of unresolved issues, disputes will be handled through mediation before proceeding to legal action.
